As a Crew Leader, you'll guide a small group of kids through each day’s activities, helping them stay on track, feel included, and grow in their faith. You’re their go-to person for fun, encouragement, and connection. Leadership and kindness required!

Preschool Crew Leader
Help our littlest learners live out loud!
Support 3–5-year-olds with games, songs, crafts, and care. Bring patience, energy, and love for big VBS fun in a smaller setting. You set the example so remember that the littles look up to you in more than one way.

Game Assistant
Bring the energy and keep the fun rolling!
Help lead outdoor games, cheer kids on, and keep things running smoothly. As a Game Assistant, you’ll make sure everyone plays safe, has fun, and feels like a winner. Be ready to move, laugh, and encourage!

Craft Assistant
Get creative and help kids make something meaningful!
Support the craft station by organizing supplies, helping kids with steps, and encouraging their creativity. You’ll help bring Bible stories to life through hands-on fun. A little patience and a lot of enthusiasm go a long way!

Bible Story Helper
Help bring the Bible to life!
Assist in telling the day’s Bible story through acting, props, or helping kids engage with the message. You’ll be part of making faith come alive in memorable and meaningful ways. Great for someone who loves drama or storytelling!

Opening/Closing Helper
Kick off the day with energy—and end it on a high note!
Assist with skits, songs, and crowd control during the opening and closing sessions. You’ll help set the tone with excitement and make sure everyone ends the day with a smile. Bring your best stage presence and team spirit!

Tech Assistant
Lights, sound, action—help make it all happen!
Support the behind-the-scenes magic by helping run music, slides, videos, and microphones during opening and closing sessions. If you’re tech-savvy (or eager to learn), this role keeps things running smoothly and looking awesome. A cool head and quick fingers are a plus!

Special Needs Buddy
Be a steady, caring friend to someone who needs a little extra help.
Walk alongside a child with special needs to help them feel safe, included, and supported during VBS activities. You’ll be a patient, kind presence and a one-on-one helper who makes a big difference with a compassionate heart.
